Jack’s been investigating Canarian cheeses and, as part of his research, invested in a whole goat’s cheese – not cheese made from a whole goat, just a whole circular block of goat’s cheese from Arico.
My initial mild concerns that this investment may prove to be wasteful were laid to rest when, after the first day’s photo shoot, the thing had all but disappeared.
In a household where everyone, including the cat, is a certifiable ‘cheese monkey’, the life expectancy for a smoky circle of heaven is not high.
